Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a business development or sales role within the plumbing and bathroom showroom sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a clear understanding of P&L, margin control, and wholesale operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets while building sustainable, profitable relationships.
- Highly motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and as part of a wider team.
- Strong IT skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
