Job Description
Simon Roofing is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to join their team in Cleveland, OH. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, providing consultative roofing services, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of outside sales experience, a degree in Sales, Construction Management, or a related field, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of outside sales experience
- Degree in Sales, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Cold Calling/Prospecting experience
- Customer service oriented
- Knowledgeable about the local community in your assigned territory
- Ability to climb ladders to rooftops
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to do extensive research on the Internet
- Team-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a business development mindset
- Strong skills in organization, active listening, and sales closing
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening
- Authorized to work in the US
