Job Description
Community Support Specialists are needed in Westminster, MD, to provide high-quality home and community services to Veterans with neurological disorders, physical disabilities, and traumatic brain injuries. The role involves supporting client care plans, ensuring resources are utilized effectively, and documenting client needs. The team works with Case Managers and family members to deliver tailored services and training.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Experience with physical and cognitive impairments/disabilities
- Experience with Traumatic Brain Injury
- Experience with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
- Veteran/Military Experience
- Reliable transportation and personal computer
