Job Description
As a customer service agent at SimpledCard, you will be the voice of the company to our customers, answering their questions politely and patiently via phone, chat, and email, making sure they are helped and can continue with a good feeling.
Requirements
- Friendly and professional conversation partner
- At least HBO work- and thinking level
- Fluent Dutch and good English
- At least 16 hours a week available
