We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist for Electromobility to join our team in Dübendorf, Switzerland. As a Level 1 & 2 Supporter, you will provide technical consulting and support to our partners in the electrical and energy industry.

Requirements

• Technical education as an electrician, automation technician, building technologist, electric planner, etc.
• Further education as a diplomaed technician HF/FH, electric project leader with a federal certificate, electric safety consultant, or diplomaed electrician or similar
• Practical experience in technical support and telephone contact with customers
• Service-oriented person with a dedicated, reliable, and independent working style
• Excellent communication skills in German, French is a plus
