Simpleprax was founded in 2021 to put an end to the paperwork in the healthcare sector and optimize medical processes. The IT-Support team member will work in an agile team, shape company culture, and create value for customers. The role involves setup, customer support, and technical assistance for Simpleprax users.

Requirements

• Education in IT (e.g. specialist in computer science) or a bachelor's degree
• Responsibility and ability to work well in an agile team
• Good communication skills and fluent German (C2)
• Nice to have: Experience in the healthcare sector
