Job Description
Simpli immo is part of simpli bot, a KI-driven process software for real estate agents. As Junior Customer Success Manager, you are the face of Simpli immo to our customers, making sure they use the software, see results, and stay happy in the long term.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Onboarding, or technical support
- Fluent German and solid English skills
- Tech affinity and CRM experience
- Self-driven and autonomous
- Communicative, empathetic, and able to explain things clearly
