Requirements

• 4–8+ years of Business Analyst / Consulting experience in SaaS or enterprise application transformations
• Proven experience in Agile delivery (Scrum, SAFe, hybrid Agile)
• Strong consulting toolkit: stakeholder management, problem structuring, business case development, and business process re-engineering
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• Passion for transformation: excited about AI, automation, application platforms, and customer/employee experience redesign
