The Customer Sales Support Specialist is an extension of the Simplot sales force, responsible for managing customer needs and delivering exceptional buying experiences. They serve as subject matter experts in areas such as order lifecycle, inventory validation, and issue resolution, and are required to have strong product knowledge and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
• 1+ years related experience and/or training
• Strong product knowledge and communication skills
• Ability to interact with customers via phone, email, social media, or chat applications
• Knowledge of JDE, BRIO, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of pricing and deduction management system
• Ability to balance accounts and perform semi-complex analysis
