Senior Analyst - Capital Markets

SimplyHome is seeking a seasoned Capital Markets Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will play a pivotal role in our continued success by helping to oversee the company's financial resources, managing liquidity, optimizing capital structure specific to the real estate industry, and executing strategic transactions in the capital markets.

Requirements

• Manage the company's debt portfolio, including loan agreements, credit lines, and other debt instruments.
• Analyze and manage financial risks associated with debt, including interest rate risk and credit risk.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the company’s capital structure and minimize borrowing costs.
• Monitor and forecast future debt needs, ensuring timely renewals or refinancing.
• Ensure compliance with all debt covenants and reporting requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with key lending institutions.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management on debt activities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including property management, accounting, and legal departments, to ensure alignment and execution of financing strategies.
