Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a remote, startup environment
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Tech-savvy and familiar with support ticketing systems
• Empathy and a genuine passion for helping people
• Ability to work a consistent schedule of 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday
