Senior Consulting Engineer/ Consulting Engineer, Building Technology

We are seeking a Senior Consulting Engineer/Consulting Engineer to join our team at Simpson Gumpertz & Heger (SGH), a national engineering firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing small to medium-sized projects, designing and evaluating building systems, and providing on-the-job training and mentoring to staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Architectural Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
• 5+ years of architectural/engineering or construction management experience for the Consulting Engineer role
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Registered Architect (R.A.) license required
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong computer graphic skills
