Senior Business Analyst – SAP FICO (Hybrid)

Simpson Strong-Tie is a leader in engineered structural connectors, software, and solutions for the building industry. The company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – SAP FICO to join its Global IT Applications team.

Requirements

• Analyze and document business and information needs and requirements of the business
• Provide supportive services for SAP FI/CO and other Finance systems
• Collaborate with global team to manage the SAP environment
• Assist with the design, implementation, and maintenance of Simpson Strong-Tie’s corporate SAP ERP System, with a focus on Finance
• Translate user’s requests into systems requirements
• Analyze systems requirements to define and design system configuration, enhancements, and modifications
• Resolve business issues by working with various groups within and outside of the company
• Design test plans, execute test scenarios, validate test data, and document test results
• Coordinate end-user training documentation and train end users as required
• Manage projects of small size and scope with minimal direction
