As a Commercial Technician, your missions will be to treat, enter and follow up on orders, carry out proposals for the sector assigned, make telephone follow-ups, manage and treat disputes, provide technical recommendations and advice, and closely collaborate with the sales representatives of the assigned sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Significant experience in ADV or customer service (BtoB)
- Mastering office tools
- Team spirit, customer service sense, reactivity, taste for technical products, good communication skills, autonomy
