Sims Metal is seeking a skilled Electrician to maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation. The role involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance with safety codes. Collaboration with production and new installation projects is also expected.

Requirements

• Up to 8 years of experience as a journeyman or licensed electrician
• Valid electrician license or certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
