Supply Chain Planner

Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Supply Chain Planner to develop, manage, and maintain a workable production plan that supports both customer needs and business objectives.

Requirements

• Generate and present short‐term capacity and resource analyses.
• Evaluate intermittent demand and customer requests to identify the best opportunities for scheduling filling and finishing activities.
• Maintain a balanced 90‐day manufacturing plan focused on labor and equipment utilization, while accounting for preventive maintenance and other non-production activities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing to develop and maintain an executable production plan.
• Open and manage work orders in the ERP system.
• Coordinate start dates for Filling and Finishing work orders to ensure smooth material flow.
• Prepare monthly performance metrics (e.g., Schedule Adherence, S&OP, budgeted volume).
• Manage and maintain master data including project codes, routings, turn/run times, and other planning elements.
• Coordinate internal non‐product production activities, including scheduling, work order management, and reporting.
• Serve as the system owner for the internal Compass database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Create and maintain the shipping schedule.
