The Chief Engineer will oversee all engineering functions of the station, including planning and budgeting, managing training and hiring, and supervising maintenance and troubleshooting of broadcast equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in broadcast electrical system and equipment maintenance
- Experience training and managing technicians
- Proficiency in evaluating, troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining broadcast equipment and IT systems
- Valid driver's license
- Flexibility to accommodate shift changes and extended hours
