Newscast Director

WSET ABC 13 in Lynchburg, Virginia is seeking a Newscast Director to perform various production duties, including coding and directing newscasts using Ross Overdrive, and maintaining the production studio and control room.

Requirements

• Must be able to work Nights, Weekends, and Holidays
• Experience Coding and Directing on Ross Overdrive
• Knowledge of production standards and equipment
• Ability to clearly give direction to crew while under pressure
• Ability to read and write, college degree preferred
• Must be able to lift & position 40 pound lighting instruments
