We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Paid Media Manager to implement and optimize paid advertising campaigns primarily across social, audio, and YouTube platforms.

- 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/YouTube, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, programmatic DSPs)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Comfortable interpreting data and making optimization decisions quickly
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards, etc.) and pixel/tag management
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for working cross-functionally with Sales, Content, Creative, and other stakeholders
