Job Description
The Customer Service Officer will attend to walk-in customers and perform frontline services at the Service Centre in ION Orchard. Key responsibilities include attending to general enquiries, providing reservations and ticketing services, and handling membership related transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum of NITEC/Higher NITEC or equivalent
- Work experience in the airline/travel industry or customer services
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Good verbal and written communication skills and customer service attributes
