Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Cabin Crew Business Technology

The successful candidate will join the Cabin Crew Business Technology Department and own the Cabin Crew products to improve cabin crew operations, aligned to the Cabin Crew digital roadmap and business priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Experience in business transformation, process optimization, or similar roles
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Knowledge/Experience in Agile Methodology, data digital platforms and ecosystem, application development and Tableau would be advantageous
• Project management expertise with a track record of successful implementation
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technologies to non-technical stakeholders
• Meticulous, Analytical, systematic, and logical in problem definition and solving
• Self-starter, result oriented, and able to multi-task
