The successful candidate will join the Employer Branding team under the Culture & Engagement Department in SIA Human Resources. He/She will support the Employer Brand Manager in building and operating a centre of excellence for our employer brand and marketing on social media and SIA’s internal channels and digital platforms.
Requirements
- Adapt employer brand messages within broader engagement and communication efforts, ensuring that key narratives and value propositions are reflected appropriately across channels.
- Operationalise the employer brand in communication and engagement initiatives across the employee lifecycle (attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement and alumni) and key talent touchpoints; and ensure clear, consistent messaging and coherent storytelling where relevant.
- Activate and/or amplify the employer brand and value proposition on internal and external facing digital platforms (e.g. company intranet and socials, external careers website) and social media through messaging, campaigns and engagements.
- Support the development and management of employee advocacy programmes e.g. employee ambassador programmes, as well as outreach events/initiatives that drive participation, amplify SIA’s stories and enhance pride and engagement internally and externally.
- Prepare toolkits, templates, playbooks and guidelines for internal stakeholders across HR and business units where required.
- Work closely with Communications & Engagement, Corporate Communications, Brand Marketing, and other stakeholders to support alignment between corporate and consumer brand, employer brand and employee engagement campaigns, and to leverage broader enterprise initiatives where relevant.
- Track, compile and analyse data on the performance of communications, engagement and employer branding campaigns across social and internal digital channels, and prepare reports and insights to support decision‐making and optimisation.
