Tax Senior Manager

SingerLewak, a Top 100 accounting and consulting firm, seeks a Tax Senior Manager. The firm provides accounting and management consulting services with a focus on client service, professional development, and technological evolution. The Tax Senior Manager will review tax returns, provide technical expertise, manage staff, and represent clients before taxing authorities, contributing to the firm's continued industry leadership.

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of current tax laws
• Proficiency in use of computer tax preparation, tax research, and tax planning software programs
• Occasional overtime work required throughout the year
• Seven to ten years' experience in public accounting
• At least two (2) years' experience representing clients before taxing authorities
• Minimum one (1) year experience supervising and directing work of tax preparers
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required, master’s degree in taxation preferred
• Minimum of forty hours of continuing education is required each year
• A current and valid certified public accountant’s license is required
• Must be a member in good standing with the American Institute of CPAs
