Requirements

• Performs technical tax review and approval of tax returns.
• Assumes responsibility for larger tax returns.
• Participates in client meetings and tax planning efforts.
• Assists in tax planning and preparing complex business returns.
• Assumes client service responsibility for clients.
• Delegates and manages governmental tax examinations.
• Develops responsible, trained staff through evaluations and training.
• Possesses a complete knowledge of the firm's philosophy and opinions on tax matters.
• Participates in firm's practice development efforts.
