Perform frontline duties in registration, appointment scheduling, and payment collection, and provide support to service improvement initiatives/projects to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow in the clinic.
Requirements
- A general Diploma, GCE 'O'/'N'/'A' Level or Certificate in Clinic Practice/Healthcare (Administrative Support) or its equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Pleasant disposition with good communication skills
- Ability to speak a second language or dialect(s) would be an advantage (to liaise with non-English speaking patients)
