Senior Asst Manager/ Senior Executive, Office of Improvement Science

The Office of Improvement Science (OIS) is an integral part of Changi General Hospital’s transformative journey towards a value-based healthcare system, for patients across the care continuum in the eastern part of Singapore. The successful candidate will facilitate improvement projects, work closely with healthcare stakeholders, and contribute to the Hospital’s goals of achieving sustainable excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline
• 1 year of working experience preferably with Improvement Sciences exposure
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills
