Senior Executive (Clinical Services and Medical Affairs), Eastern General Hospital Planning Office

The Senior Executive (Clinical Services and Medical Affairs) will support the Clinical Discipline Lead(s) in developing and implementing clinical care models and service plans for the new Eastern General Hospital. Key responsibilities include researching innovative care delivery models, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing comprehensive secretariat support for meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or Diploma in any discipline with at least 6 years' relevant working experience
• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a healthcare environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
• Good analytical, presentation and writing skills as well as ability to work under tight deadlines
