Senior Executive, Human Resource

Support HR operations within SingHealth Polyclinics as part of a dynamic HR team, partner with key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of HR services, and be involved in HR management functions such as recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, and more.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management or general degree with post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a public healthcare institution
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing conditions
