Job Description
Join SingHealth's Digital Health Readiness team to lead transformational change and implement digital initiatives across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Human Factors, Human Resource or Communication
- At least 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare settings
- Knowledge of hospital operations and professional certification in Change Management advantageous
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong facilitation, planning and analytical abilities
