Senior / Pharmacist

SingHealth Community Hospitals is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care in a collaborative environment. This role involves recommending and monitoring patient drug therapy, identifying and resolving drug-related problems, and ensuring accurate and timely distribution of pharmaceuticals. The position also requires interaction with patients, staff, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Degree/Master Graduate from a School of Pharmacy recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Valid membership with local professional body/association is preferred
• Experience as a Pharmacist in relevant clinical settings and demonstrated competency
