Requirements

• Manages and controls installed systems for the firm to ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Coordinates with multiple teams to support testing, design validation, and implementation activities
• Ensures that systems and infrastructure are always available
• Executes troubleshooting and support tasks
• Evaluates current systems and gives technical guidance to users
• Plans and executes system automation as needed for increased efficiency
• Collaborates with other experts to achieve high-quality outputs within the framework of the organization's rules, policies, and procedures
• Deals with work processes, optimization methodologies, and risk management tools in assigned projects
