• Provisioning and testing of services
• Troubleshooting and resolving complaints or faults
• Liaising with internal and external parties
• Managing and configuring cyber security controls and services
• Testing, verifying, and implementing software patches and upgrades
• Planning and resource allocation of system resources
• Improving and enhancing existing processes via automation or RPA
• Rotating on weekly 24x7 standby support
