Finance Executive

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• 2–3 years of experience in financial accounting, RTR, or similar finance operations role
• Experience in shared services or large, complex organizations is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
• Experience with SAP (FI/GL modules) or similar ERP systems
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close processes
• Ability to perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Knowledge of financial reporting and statutory compliance (IFRS/AASB)
• Exposure to process improvement or automation tools (e.g., BlackLine, Power BI) is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity
