Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead and support the establishment of a new shared services function in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role will drive RTR operational excellence, embed shared services best practices, and strengthen the team's capabilities to support multiple business units within the organization.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification
- At least 6 years of relevant experience with strong technical accounting knowledge
- Proven experience managing teams and driving change in dynamic environments
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with SAP is an advantage
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Able to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments
