Job Description
The Manager, NCS Procurement will engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop strategies to support NCS' procurement process, drive cost savings, and implement AI-powered solutions to enhance procurement processes.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma
- At least 5 years of Procurement commercial experience and managing supplier relationships
- Proven track record of commercial acumen, cost management analysis and negotiation
- Proven track record in the management of business improvement initiatives / process development
- Experience in working with and influencing cross functional teams
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze Procurement spend data, market categories, spend information and develop Procurement strategy
- Business partnering
- Good Stakeholder Management and Communication skills
- Self-driven with strong ownership mindset
