Job Description
Join Singtel on a transformational journey as a Senior Data Scientist. Drive insights discovery and AI/ML model development to predict and respond to market changes and their impact on Singtel's business. Lead AI initiatives to personalize and scale telco products and services.
Requirements
- Lead data science initiatives supporting Singtel's offerings by partnering with Marketing, Product, and external stakeholders
- Design, build, and productionize analytical models for intelligent decisioning within customer journeys
- Analyze customer behaviour across Mobile, Broadband, and entertainment services to generate actionable insights
- Provide technical mentorship to junior data scientists
- Communicate complex analytical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
