Job Description
NCS is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Governance to drive governance across its IT and Data functions, ensuring policy compliance, regulatory readiness, and optimal operational integrity. This role involves developing and maintaining governance frameworks, managing audits, ensuring compliance, and overseeing AI governance, all while safeguarding digital trust.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks aligned to NCS’s IT and Data strategy.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Administer and enforce governance processes for IT systems and data platforms.
- Define and monitor compliance controls.
- Oversee and report on Data Governance initiatives.
- Embed governance into system lifecycle processes
- Drive continuous improvement in governance operations.
- Act as a steward of digital trust.
