Job Description
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Singtel. As the primary liaison for client communications, you will ensure customer satisfaction, manage expectations, and resolve escalations. You will also be responsible for managing vendor performance, fostering collaborative relationships, and leading service-related initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering/Business/IT
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant working experience
- At least 2-3 years’ experience (inclusive) in IT outsourcing, Service Delivery Management, Managed Services and Telco environment
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- ITIL Foundation
- VDI knowledge
