This role focuses on leading an AI talent strategy for an AI-first telecommunications organization, integrating local and global sourcing, building sustainable pipelines, and anticipating emerging roles. It's a strategic transformation aimed at augmenting human capabilities and unlocking new potential.
Requirements
- Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies for AI talent.
- Develop and refine AI job roles and career pathways.
- Monitor industry trends and forecast new AI roles.
- Contribute to the design and execution of the AI workforce roadmap.
