Job Description
Smart Communications is seeking a driven and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor to drive growth plans and support teams with recruitment activities across all business functions. The role involves managing recruitment strategies, managing recruitment partners, driving candidate experience, and leading projects to enhance employer branding. The ideal candidate will have experience within a technical industry and be comfortable with data-driven decision-making and stakeholder influence.
Requirements

- Analytical experience to support decisions.
