Job Description
Singular Genomics is hiring a Staff Bioinformatics Platform Engineer to build and own internal applications and execution platform that run bioinformatics workflows. This is a small-team role combining technical leadership with hands-on delivery.
Requirements
- Own end-to-end Nextflow workflow execution on AWS Batch
- Build internal web apps and services for operational workflows
- Integrate pipeline events and outcomes with Slack, Jira, and HubSpot
- Lead hands-on data analysis to validate pipeline outputs
- Implement automated pipelines for key QC processes
- Define and improve processes around tools and operational best practices
