Associate Lawyer - Employment Law

We're looking for an Associate Lawyer to join our Legal Services Division, where you'll provide legal advice on employment and social security matters, handle complex employment disputes, and advise corporate clients on HR compliance and employment law matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)
• Attorney-at-Law license in Greece
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a practicing attorney
• Experience in employment disputes and advisory services to corporate clients
• Strong knowledge of Greek employment legislation and legal practice
• Excellent command of legal drafting and written communication
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
