Job Description
Sioufas & Associates Law Firm seeks a Billing Associate to support timely and accurate issuance of invoices, data-driven reporting, and process improvement within the billing function.
Requirements
- University degree (AEI/TEI) or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in billing, invoicing, or a related analytical role.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting) and proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g. Atlantis) and e-invoicing processes.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
