Job Description
This role involves supporting and processing maintenance costs, executing billing processes, handling tenant objections and inquiries, and applying legal principles to rental agreements. The position utilizes SAP and Excel for accurate cost recording and evaluation, requiring coordination with various departments.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on real estate or accounting
- Experience in using SAP and Excel – confidently and routinely
- Strong understanding of numbers and basic mathematical knowledge
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in German
- Independent, structured, and responsible work ethic
- Communication skills and team ability for cross-departmental collaboration
