Generalist Sales Corner Associate Manager will manage the Sisal, Sport, and Horse Racing Corners within the network managed by partners, maximizing performance and profitability of the area through relocation of low-performance concessions and strengthening presence of Sisal products. Will guide development of omnichannel integration on the territory and build and maintain relationships with major competing partners in the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial and sales within structured retail contexts, preferably in the gaming or mass market sectors
- Excellent knowledge of the assigned territory, with the ability to navigate the local market and identify commercial opportunities
- Strong sales orientation, combined with excellent relational skills and the ability to maintain a continuous dialogue with partners and clients
- Ability to plan, set priorities, and organize activities autonomously, managing both medium- and long-term objectives
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting, analysis, and presentation activities
