International Reward Manager

Flutter, the world’s largest online sports betting and iGaming group, is seeking an International Reward Manager to join their Southern Europe & Africa region. The role involves providing technical reward expertise, developing a deep understanding of business challenges, and providing guidance on reward policies and processes for the international part in the SEA Region.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in complex, matrixed, and international organizations
• Experience of taking care of multi-jurisdiction and multi-currencies reward challenges
• In-depth knowledge of current Reward trends
• Expertise in job evaluation, grading, and the development of pay and bonus ranges
• Advanced analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver training and education seminars for internal Reward topics
• Ability to work independently and drive tasks from conception to completion
• Strong numeric ability
• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering total reward programs across geographies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and good knowledge of French
