Job Description
Join our team as a Store Specialist and manage the issuance and conversion of game tickets through video terminals. Promote the opening of gaming accounts, manage cash and winnings, and provide assistance to customers.
Requirements
- Diploma or professional training
- Previous experience in direct contact with the public, in sales and cash management
- Strong commercial and service spirit
- Reliable, responsible, and capable person to work both in teams and in autonomy
- Strong passion for technology, apps, and solid digital skills
