Job Description
The Civil Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site civil construction activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the project site
- Allocate tasks and manage masons, helpers, carpenters, and subcontractor teams
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Monitor site progress and report daily work status to the Site Engineer or Project Manager
- Maintain quality standards for concreting, shuttering, reinforcement, and finishing works
- Enforce site safety rules and ensure compliance with HSE guidelines
- Identify and resolve on-site technical or manpower issues promptly
- Coordinate with other trades (MEP, finishing teams) to avoid work conflicts
- Maintain site records such as attendance, work progress, and material consumption
