Job Description
Siskinds LLP, a leading law firm in Canada, is seeking a Class Actions Lawyer for its Vancouver office. The successful candidate will work on complex class actions and play a key role in advancing national and regional class proceedings. Requirements
- In good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
- Experience with the British Columbia Supreme Court Civil Rules
- 3-8 years of relevant civil litigation experience in British Columbia
- Work well independently and within a collaborative team of professionals
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Creative problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial outlook
