Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Strong understanding of Ontario’s environmental regulatory framework.
- Experience in environmental law, including defending Ministry prosecutions and civil litigation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple files simultaneously and independently.
- Exceptional research, drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and client-service mindset.
